A. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or item), please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear description of the damage or discrepancy.

  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, if applicable.

Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement, exchange, or a full refund for the item, including any applicable shipping costs. We may provide a pre-paid return label for the damaged or incorrect item.​

 

B. Other Returns (Change of Mind)

 

For reasons other than damage or incorrect items, we accept returns of unopened and unused physical products within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product's purchase price to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Coaching Programs & Digital Services​

 

This section applies to Coaching Programs (whether individual or group-based, or pre-recorded digital programs) and any other digital services provided.

Due to the nature of our coaching programs and the immediate access to valuable content, resources, and personalized guidance provided upon enrollment, all sales for coaching programs and digital services are generally final and non-refundable once access or services have commenced.

We encourage you to:

  • Review all program descriptions, inclusions, and terms carefully before purchasing.

  • Contact us with any questions you may have about a coaching program or digital service before enrolling.

Any exceptions to this general no-refund policy for specific programs will be clearly stated on the program's dedicated sales page or agreement at the time of purchase.

  • Processing Refunds: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

  • No Refunds For: Services that have been fully rendered, personalized items (unless defective), or items purchased during a special promotion marked as non-refundable.
