We ship physical products, including T-shirts, Mugs, Office Items, and Books, from our online shop. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Another notification with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

 

2. Order Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM CST on a business day, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

 

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

 

  • Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer various shipping options through reputable carriers, which you can select based on your preference and location. Available methods and their associated costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions will be clearly advertised on our website.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

 

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 - 8 business days once shipped.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2 - 4 business days once shipped (if offered).

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high volume periods.

 

5. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress directly on the carrier's website.

 

6. Shipping Destinations

 

  • Currently, we primarily ship within the United States.

  • International Shipping: we also ship internationally. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

7. Shipping Delays

 

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, carrier operational issues, public holidays, or unforeseen global events). We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your package.

 

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that appears to be damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the package and its contents and contact us immediately at drsyreetab@drsyreetabond.com. Refer to our Refund Policy for detailed instructions on how to handle damaged items.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, your building's mailroom, or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery date. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

 

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
